By using this website or the Still Application, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Service

Still provides cloud-based distillery management software. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service during your paid subscription.

2. Payments & Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
  • No refunds after the first 14 days
  • Overages (extra users, storage) are billed automatically

3. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use Still only for lawful purposes
  • Keep your account credentials confidential
  • Ensure all data entered complies with International and local alcohol regulations

4. Uptime & Support

We aim for 99.9% monthly uptime (excluding planned maintenance). Professional & Enterprise plans include priority email support. Support contracts are available.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Still’s total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
